Blessings of God’s Design
…When God created human beings,
he made them to be like himself.
He created them male and female,
and he blessed them and called them “human.”
Blessings of the Breath of Life
Then the Lord God formed the man
from the dust of the ground.
He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils,
and the man became a living person.
Blessings of Purpose
Then God said,
“Let the land sprout with vegetation—
every sort of seed-bearing plant,
and trees that grow seed bearing fruit.
These seeds will then produce
the kinds of plants and trees from which they came.”
And that is what happened.
Blessings of Genesis
Then God said,
“Let there be light, and there was light.
And God saw that the light was good.
Then he separated the light from the darkness.
God called the light “day” and the darkness “night.”
Blessings Of The Beginning
In the beginning
God created the heavens and the earth.
The earth was formless and empty,
and darkness covered the deep waters.
and the Spirit of God was hovering
over the surface of the waters.
Blessings of the Bright Morning Star
“I, Jesus, have sent my angel
to give you this message for the churches.
I am both the source of David
and the heir to his throne.
I am the bright morning star.”

“Look, I am coming soon,
bringing my reward with me
to repay all people according to their deeds.
I am the Alpha and the Omega,
the First and the Last,
the Beginning and the End.”
Blessings of His Name
…the throne of God
and of the Lamb will be there,
and his servants will worship him.
And they will see his face,
and his name will be written on their foreheads.

Blessings Of No More Night
…the city has no need of sun or moon,
for the glory of God illuminates the city,
and the Lamb is its light.
Its gates will never be closed at the end of day
because there is no night there.
